- How do you price your work?
- I offer flexible rates within reason, especially for my readily available flash designs. that being said my hourly is $180, and many designs I can do a flat rate for (a set price regardless of time). Always happy to chat about budget and prefer clients are specific about what they can spend :-) Extra flexibility for large scale and/or ongoing projects in my favourite styles / subject matters!
- Can I bring a friend?
- Yes and no - If you feel more comfortable with an extra person tagging along, let me know in advance! I can try to accommodate but guests can be very distracting for myself and others in the studio. For group bookings: all who are getting tattooed are welcome, but may need to shuffle to manage space + timing depending on how busy the studio is. Please note that no minors are allowed whatsoever- sorry!
- How should I prepare for my tattoo?
- I’d love for clients to check out my page (@juliatattoolia) beforehand to ensure they vibe with my work + general policies + info! Our studio has snacks and beverages available and we love to prioritize both client and artist comfort! For your session, please eat prior to your appointment, be well rested, and be willing to have clear communication throughout the tattoo process :-) Note that while I can absolutely tattoo over fully healed scars and or stretch marks, I cannot tattoo over active wounds, sunburns, or eczema flares! I cannot tattoo anyone under the influence, and I cannot tattoo nursing or pregnant folks. Please aim to bring cash for your tattoo, although etransfer is also accepted (card payments may be available if absolutely needed!) hope to see you soon :-)
