How Flashbook works

Six steps, start to finish. Everything from going live on the map to tapping Done when the session’s over.

  1. Tap to go live

    Press once and you're on the map. Press again and you'll be shown as “busy”. When you're working through a session you're toggled to “busy” automatically.

  2. Get requests instantly

    You'll be able to view what they want, the size, colour, placement, and any reference photos they attach.

  3. Choose your work

    Swipe between requests with ease. If you pass on a request, we'll send a standard message to the client. Your reasoning is just for Flashbook, and we'll never tell the client what you picked.

  4. Accept request

    Once a request comes in you'll have 15 minutes to accept. You'll also be texted or emailed, depending on your settings.

  5. Start the session

    Once your client arrives, press “start session” to toggle your status to “busy” on Flashbook.

  6. Last step

    Once your session is finished, just tap “Done” to jump back to the live map and keep those walk-ins rolling.
